Departure by volvo bus from Delhi/Haridwar. Arrive at Barkot by evening. Check-in to guesthouse. Briefing about the Char Dham Yatra protocol, packing, and dos/don'ts. Overnight at Barkot.
Early morning drive/trek (14km) to Yamunotri. Take a dip in the Jankichatti hot spring. Offer puja at Yamunotri temple. Cook rice in the holy Surya Kund hot spring (Char Dham tradition). Return to Barkot for overnight.
Drive to Uttarkashi via Dharali. Check-in. Evening visit to Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi. Briefing on tomorrow's Gangotri darshan. Overnight at Uttarkashi.
Drive to Gangotri (100km). Offer prayers at the glacial source of River Ganga. The bhagirathi ghats, Suryakund, and the ancient Gangotri temple are breathtaking. Return to Uttarkashi for overnight.
Drive to Sonprayag/Gaurikund. Trek (16km) or take helicopter to Kedarnath. Midnight puja and morning aarti at Kedarnath Jyotirlinga. Most sacred moment of the yatra. Descend and overnight at Guptkashi.
Drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. Take the holy dip in Tapt Kund. Attend the Maha Abhishek puja at Badrinath Vishnu temple. Visit Mana Village — the last Indian village before Tibet. Drive back to Haridwar. Overnight.
Morning puja at Haridwar's Har Ki Pauri ghat. Group dispersal at Haridwar station/bus stand. End of a spiritually transformative journey. Jai Badri Vishal!
