Most Luxytrix group tours have a minimum of 10–12 confirmed participants for departure guarantee. Once the minimum is reached, the tour departure is guaranteed. Some smaller adventure tours (trekking, bike expeditions) operate with 8–10 participants.

2Can I join a group tour as a solo traveller?

Absolutely! Group tours are extremely popular among solo travellers — especially solo female travellers who appreciate the security and camaraderie of a group. Luxytrix connects solo travellers with room-sharing options to further reduce costs.

3What happens if the minimum group size is not met?

In the rare event that a group tour departure doesn't meet minimum participant requirements, Luxytrix provides two options: a full refund, or transfer to the next available batch of the same tour with priority seat allocation.

4Can I customise a group tour for my own private group?

Yes! If you have a private group of 10+ people (friends, family, college, corporate), Luxytrix can create a fully customised private group tour on your preferred dates — with all the benefits of our group packages and the flexibility of a private itinerary.

5Are group tours suitable for all age groups?

Most Luxytrix group tours are designed for adults aged 18–60. We have heritage and cultural tours that are particularly suited for families and older travellers, and adventure tours with specific fitness requirements. Age and fitness requirements are clearly mentioned for each tour.

6How do I book a seat in a group departure tour?
