1What does a customised tour package mean?

A customised tour is built entirely around your preferences — your destination, your travel dates, your budget, your pace, and your specific interests. Unlike fixed packages where you adjust to the itinerary, in a custom package the itinerary adjusts to you. You choose which hotels, which activities, what meals are included, and how much free time you want. Luxytrix's team builds the entire trip from scratch based on your requirements.

2How long does it take to get a custom tour quote?

Luxytrix delivers your first custom itinerary draft within 24 hours of receiving your requirements. For complex multi-country itineraries, we may take up to 48 hours to research and build the best options. Our travel designers work across all time zones and you can communicate directly via WhatsApp for quick responses throughout the planning process.

3What is the minimum and maximum group size for custom tours?

Luxytrix designs custom tours for solo travellers (1 person), couples, families, friend groups (up to 20), and large groups (20–200+). There is no minimum or maximum. The package price per person decreases significantly as group size increases — a group of 10 pays substantially less per head than a couple on the same itinerary.

4Can I customise an existing Luxytrix package or must I start from scratch?

Both options are available. You can take any existing Luxytrix package and customise it — change hotels to a higher or lower category, add or remove activities, extend or shorten the duration, combine with another destination, or change departure city. Alternatively, start completely from scratch with just a destination idea. Either way, the final package is fully personalised.

5Is a custom package more expensive than a standard package?

Not necessarily. Custom packages often cost the same or less than standard packages because we build them exactly to your budget. We don't include activities or upgrades you don't want. For groups of 6+ people, custom packages are almost always cheaper per person than joining fixed-departure group packages. We also have access to unpublished hotel rates and airline deals not available in standard packages.

6What if I want to visit a destination Luxytrix doesn't have a standard package for?

Luxytrix can design custom packages to any destination in the world — 150+ countries. Even if we don't have a published package for a destination, our network of international DMC (Destination Management Company) partners worldwide allows us to build ground arrangements anywhere. We've designed custom trips to Faroe Islands, Antarctica, Ethiopia, Uzbekistan, and Mongolia for adventurous travellers.
