Safety measures include: only verified and licensed transport operators, accommodation with proper fire safety and hygiene certification, female chaperones available for girls' groups, 24/7 emergency contact for teachers and parents, medical support arrangements, and comprehensive tour insurance. 5How does Luxytrix handle teacher-to-student ratios and supervision?

Luxytrix coordinates with school management on the teacher-to-student ratio (typically 1:15 recommended). We provide an additional Luxytrix group coordinator who assists teachers throughout the tour. For overnight camps, male and female accommodation blocks are strictly separated. Our team does headcounts at every destination, maintains a real-time attendance register, and ensures no student is unsupervised at any point.

6What documentation does Luxytrix provide for school records?

Luxytrix provides complete documentation for school records: detailed day-by-day itinerary, GST-compliant invoice, student roster and accommodation certificates, transport vehicle fitness and permit documents, driver license copies, tour insurance certificate, and post-tour report with photographs (upon request). For government-aided schools requiring state-approved tour permissions, we assist with the application documentation.
