Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure for a full refund. 15–30 days: 25% cancellation charge. 7–14 days: 50% cancellation charge. Less than 7 days: 75% cancellation charge. No-show: no refund. Date changes allowed subject to availability.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred hotel and dates. For peak season travel (October–March), book 2–3 months ahead. Last-minute bookings are possible subject to availability.
Travel insurance is not included by default but is strongly recommended. Luxytrix offers comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and flight delays. It can be added to any package at nominal cost.
